We provide both in-office and virtual counselling sessions. In a post-COVID world, we understand the need to use virtual sessions when possible. However, we continue to offer in-office sessions in order to allow for a face-to-face meeting with our therapist.
Service Delivery Options
Questions & Concerns
Our hourly rate for in-office or virtual counselling is $150.00. However, we do offer the option of a one-time, introductory free 15 minute phone consultation prior to regular therapy sessions.
Many health benefit plans cover the services offered by registered social workers. Check the details of your individual health coverage plan to confirm if these services are included in your benefits package.
You can call us and book an appointment over the phone, you can send an email, or appointments can be booked online.
We accept cash, cheque and e-transfer. We also accept credit card payment which is processed electronically through Stripe.
Our virtual counselling services are delivered using the Jane App software system. This software is designed for use in the health and wellness industry and is a fully PHI compliant solution. Unlike online video conferencing software such as Zoom, the Jane App software system is compliant with both PHIPPA and PIPEDA legislation to ensure your privacy.
Depending on your financial situation, and if there is availability at our clinic, a reduced rate may be considered for a set amount of sessions.
